Neuro Linguistic Programming is essentially an attitude of total flexibility. There are many processes and techniques which constitute the practice of NLP but it is this willingness to change approach, to change your beliefs, to change your state of mind and to do whatever it takes (within your given ethical framework) to achieve what you want to achieve that makes NLP so powerful.

NLP is used in any number of contexts including sales, marketing, influencing, leadership, education, management development, coaching, performing arts, sports, public speaking and therapy.
